The enquiry form
The form collects your name, description and at least one contact method: email or phone. The subject and source page help put your enquiry in context. Information is used to respond and discuss possible work. Do not submit passwords, client records, medical information or other sensitive data.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Storage and technical protection
Your enquiry is stored on the server before a notification is sent to the provider. If that notification fails, the record remains available for another attempt. Technical request information is used to prevent abuse. Hosting uses Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Access is limited to people who need it to handle enquiries or maintain the system.
Cookies and the demonstration
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and program libraries are served from this website. The interactive example uses fictional information in browser memory and does not submit it to a server. External websites linked here have their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
